A DVD production, for the Danish Enterprise and Construction Authority.
The DVD consist of 3 films about new ways to build and finance public construction work and about the advantages of a Public Private Partnership, when building in the public sector.
"OPS - Rejseholdet" is about the travelling unit from the Danish Enterprise and Construction Autority. They visit city councils and others that are in need of advise and guidance in order to engage in a Public Private Partnership.
